| Intended Use: | For use as an emulsifier/surfactant in the production of styrene-butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer coatings for paper and paperboard, except for use in contact with infant formula and human milk (see Limitations/Specifications). |
| Limitations/Specifications: | The FCS may be used at levels not to exceed 0.3 weight percent in coatings composed of styrene-butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymers, that are the subject of FCN 106, intended for use as a coating for paper and paperboard. The FCS is not for use in contact with infant formula and human milk. Such uses were not included as part of the intended use of the substance in the FCN. |
