Intended Use: Intended for use as an ingredient in bakery products at levels of 15% of the pulp and 50% of the juice concentrate, beverages at levels of 20% of the pulp, 100% of the juice, and 20% of the juice concentrate, candy and confections at levels of 25% of the pulp and 65% of the juice concentrate, cereal bars, chips and crackers at levels of 15% of the juice concentrate, cocoa and chocolate products at levels of 50% of the juice concentrate, edible ices at levels of 30% of the juice concentrate for the ice cream type and 50% of the juice concentrate for the sorbet type, gelatin and fruit mousse spreads at levels of 30% of the juice concentrate, jams, jellies, fruit syrups and toppings at levels of 50% of the pulp and 25% of the juice concentrate, nutritional bars at levels of 50% of the juice concentrate, plant-based spreads at levels of 20% of the pulp and 25% of the juice concentrate, and yogurts and yogurt drinks at levels of 25% of the pulp and 10% of the juice concentrate (all by weight).
